Dr. Neema Ellah Kapalata

Dr. Neema Kapalata is a dedicated Medical Officer specializing in the Programmatic Management of Infectious Diseases, with a focus on Tuberculosis (TB) and HIV. She currently serves as the Executive Director at MUKIKUTE from 2020, providing visionary leadership and overseeing our organization’s strategic investments. Dr. Kapalata brings extensive experience from her previous roles, including her tenure as the Regional TB and Leprosy Coordinator for Temeke Municipal -Dar es salaam Tanzania and her contributions as a facilitator within the Ministry of Health- Tanzania National TB and Leprosy Program -NTLP. Her expertise in managing TB and HIV projects and program leadership is instrumental in guiding our efforts towards achieving impactful outcomes. Dr. Kapalata is committed to advancing public health through strategic planning, effective project management, and collaborative engagement with government entities, partners and key stakeholders.

Gabriel Majaliwa

Gabriel Mjaliwa is the MUKIKUTE elected Chairperson, elected from the 2020 general meeting to the present. He provides leadership to all MUKIKUTE TB Clubs and organizations by ensuring the MUKIKUTE executive and Management Committee function properly and the organization is managed effectively.
