Board
The board has 7 members with different backgrounds. The board meets 4 times a year and oversees the secretariat’s performance providing oversight and strategic direction to the organization. The board includes members from TB and HIV-affected communities.
Executive Commitee
The committee is set as a forum to bring together the secretariat and the communities served. The composition includes 7 members representing each of the seven TB Clubs and other key populations served. The committee meets monthly to review implemented activities as the meeting serves as a feedback avenue on the organization’s service delivery interventions.
Secretariat
The secretariat is comprised of the Director, Program Manager, Finance Manager M&E manager and other program and administrative staff. The members are represented in the secretariat by the Chairperson, Secretary and the treasurer. The Director is the head of the secretariat and reports to the board.
